Developing Totally Awesome Teenage Workers!

The “Developing Totally Awesome Teenage Workers” workshop (DTATW) is designed to assist high schools prepare students for the world of work and to help them become successful in their earliest job.  The program includes workshops for high school counselors where they are trained to conduct job workshops at their schools.  The counselors will be provided with a copy of the “Teenage Worker Retention and Motivation Study” as well as copies of “The Mini-Guide ToBecoming a Totally Awesome Teenage Worker.”    

Developing Totally Awesome Teenage Students . . . Motivating Teens to Stay in School, Learn More and Give Their Personal Best!

This workshop is designed to show school administrators, counselors, or teachers how to gain commitment from students to learning, achievement, and giving their personal best. This session will explore key findings and the skills learned form The Teenage Worker Retention and Motivation Study of successful supervisors to motivate and gain the commitment of teens to “Go the Extra Mile” for customers and how those skills can be used in a school environment to motivate teens to stay in school, learn more, and give their best effort to achieve!
